Starting in 2022, I've had the pleasure of working with medical students and have since expanded that work to include residents. I’ve developed deep expertise in medical education and the resident experience, gaining insights that allow me to support and guide effectively. I use this knowledge to teach medical students and residents therapeutic skills that help them cope with the demands of training but also care for themselves while caring for others. I absolutely love working with healthcare professionals and watching them grow—both in their careers and as individuals. It’s work I’m deeply passionate about.
